At BAGS O BLESSINGS, each bag is thoughtfully handcrafted, hand-designed and curated with care. Because of the personalized and custom nature of our products, we kindly ask our customer to review our policy before placing an order.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All custom, personalized, and hand-designed bags are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes

• Hand -painted designs
• Custom themes, names, colors or concepts
• Rhinestone, glitter, or jeweled embellishments
• Special requests or custom item selections

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

If a non-custom, ready-made item is eligible for return, it must be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pick up with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will gladly offer:

• A replacement (if available), or
• A store credit

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping and carrier delays
• Weather related delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customer.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued to original form of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
